Idera announced an agreement to acquire the software assets and related entities of WhereScape Software LTD., a provider of data infrastructure automation software.
WhereScape will join Idera’s database tools business unit that includes IDERA, AquaFold, and Webyog, significantly expanding the breadth and depth of the company’s cross-platform database solutions.
