XebiaLabs Announces ServiceNow Certified XL Release App
February 07, 2019

XebiaLabs has received certification of its new XL Release app integrating ServiceNow and the XebiaLabs DevOps Platform.

XL Release is available from the ServiceNow Store and can be downloaded for free. Designed for enterprise customers and ServiceNow partners, the integration builds a bridge between Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). X

XebiaLabs has also been elevated to a Bronze ServiceNow Technology Partner, opening new opportunities for ServiceNow sales and services partners to help customers who require a solution that connects their CI/CD pipelines with ITSM.

The integration between XebiaLabs and ServiceNow provides a bridge between CI/CD and ITSM. By combining with ServiceNow, the XebiaLabs DevOps Platform manages the end-to-end DevOps toolchain, orchestrates and automates all release activities, and provides full visibility into the entire software delivery process for everyone in the pipeline. This integration also connects issue tracking and change requests, so that user stories and change tickets are always up to date. And it enables IT teams to include automated and manual security checks into the pipeline, with end-to-end audit tracking and robust compliance and audit reports.

Derek Langone, XebiaLabs CEO, said: “Realizing the full promise of DevOps requires all pipelines within the delivery process to be seamlessly connected. Having our app available in the ServiceNow Store is great opportunity to bring the leading platform for enterprise DevOps to an even wider group of organizations who must ensure that their CI/CD and ITSM pipelines are fully integrated, compliant, and secure.”
