Appery.io Adds Progressive Web Application Support

Exadel announced its low-code mobile application development platform, Appery.io, now supports the development of Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
New and existing users are able to turn apps into PWAs seamlessly with a few clicks, and without having to change any code. Appery.io is used by nearly 500,000 developers around the world for creating business-class mobile applications.

"PWAs work seamlessly on desktop, mobile, and tablets within a single source of code, and enable creators to be the sole managers of their application without having to jump through the hoops of multiple app market uploads or review processes. The PWA support in Appery.io is simple and only requires a few clicks and configuration settings to get up and running."
To build PWAs in Appery.io, users open their app in the platform's AppBuilder and configure PWA settings like application name, icon, background color, etc. Then, the app can be published with just the click of a button. Anyone who opens the app published in the web browser will be able to add it to the launch screen without installing it from the application market.
