Codefresh Hub for Argo Launched
December 14, 2021

Codefresh announced a new Argo community marketplace – Codefresh Hub for Argo – devoted to helping users optimize Argo Workflow efficiencies.

It brings together community and Codefresh contributions in an extensive centralized library of certified templates that users can confidently deploy in enterprise DevOps environments.

Codefresh has contributed dozens of plugins to Codefresh Hub for Argo, including steps leveraged reliably hundreds of millions of times previously in production-ready Kubernetes clusters and containers. The certified templates provide users an easy way to group multiple tasks in a unified view for intuitive and flexible administration. Codefresh Hub for Argo currently features a selection of Codefresh’s most popular integrations and steps, and many more will follow as the marketplace continues to grow.

All contributions to Codefresh Hub for Argo are eligible for certification via a robust security auditing process that assures trusted templates and steps enabling enterprise-class reliability and efficiency for Argo workflows. The marketplace features a carefully maintained, central repository of templates that can be readily deployed to clusters, complemented with versioning features, extensive documentation and other valuable content.

“The open-source community’s energetic and enthusiastic response to ArgoCon made it the perfect forum to announce Codefresh Hub for Argo,” said Dan Garfield, Chief Open Source Officer, Codefresh. “The new marketplace is specifically designed to make it easier for the community to consume and contribute valuable Argo Workflow content and innovation that’s certified to the highest security and reliability standards.”
