Wade has extensive experience in the Software/Software Testing services domain. He is responsible for estimating the testing efforts by analyzing scope of the project. He strategizes and gets required support for estimating the time, resources and budgets for performing the tests. Wade is responsible for building testing teams with required skills and also identifying the training requirements that are further shared with the Project Manager. Essentially, he checks/reviews Test Case documents, implements, monitors, and enforces all testing processes as per the organizational standards.
In terms of Client communication, Wade is responsible for organizing regular client calls to discuss project related activities. He tracks and prepares reports of various testing activities namely, testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects/issues identified, established performance baselines and more. He also reviews the reports of Test Engineers and ensures on-time delivery of different milestones.
