Zenoss announced the launch of its new public developer center.
Zenoss has facilitated a user community for over 10 years, and it has become the de facto online gathering place for IT Ops and DevOps professionals. While the existing community focuses on crowdsourced development of extensions for the free Zenoss Community Edition product, the new developer center platform enables community development of tools for cloud-based IT monitoring and AIOps.
The newly launched developer center enables Zenoss Cloud customers to build integrations, extensions and applications that bring even more data types into the Zenoss Cloud platform and deliver data-based insights for unprecedented context that streamlines troubleshooting, analysis and planning. The initial launch of the platform provides access to a ZenPack SDK, API documentation, training, and key updates for cloud developers.
“This platform is going to bring a new level of extensibility to our customers and partners,” said Ani Gujrathi, CTO at Zenoss. “No two IT environments are the same, and we’re empowering our partners and customers to drive outcomes that meet their unique needs.”
Zenoss Cloud is an AI-driven full-stack monitoring platform that collects all machine data, uniquely enabling the emergence of context for preventing service disruptions in complex, modern IT environments. Zenoss Cloud leverages the most powerful machine learning and real-time analytics of streaming data to deliver AIOps, giving companies the ability to scale and adapt to the changing needs of their businesses.
