John Matthew Holt, Founder and CTO of Waratek, has joined the DEVOPSdigest Vendor Forum.

Holt is the inspiration and technical driving force behind Waratek's research and development into distributed computing and virtualization technologies. A compiler engineer by training, Holt has focused on compiler optimization for most of his career, which ultimately led him to create Waratek in 2009. Holding more than 50 patents and counting, he has earned numerous industry awards including the prestigious RSA Innovation Sandbox Award for “Most Innovative Company.” He now leads a multinational team of expert engineers in Waratek's Dublin R&D lab.

Some of the world’s leading companies use Waratek’s ARMR Security Platform to patch, secure and upgrade their mission critical applications. A pioneer in the next generation of application security solutions, Waratek makes it easy for security teams to instantly detect and remediate known vulnerabilities with no downtime, protect their applications from known and Zero Day attacks, and virtually upgrade out-of-support Java applications – all without time consuming and expensive source code changes or unacceptable performance overhead.
