Tricentis Expands Capability for Integrated Toolchain within RISE with SAP
May 12, 2025

Tricentis announced a new capability that injects Tricentis’ AI-driven testing intelligence into SAP’s integrated toolchain, part of RISE with SAP methodology.

This helps organizations to automatically identify critical business processes and generate intelligent test assets aligned with SAP’s quality assurance best practices, enabling accelerated time to value and reduced risk across complex cloud ERP migrations.

Through its partnership with SAP, Tricentis continues to evolve its role in helping customers transition from legacy on-premises solutions to SAP Cloud ERP solutions faster, safer, and more cost-effectively. SAP’s integrated toolchain offers a strategic suite of tools that guide customers through their transition to SAP Cloud ERP and support continuous innovation after migration. Tricentis’ streamlined operation with this suite of tools helps ensure that quality is embedded at every stage accelerating transformation, enabling faster delivery of innovation, and empowering customers to confidently scale, adapt, and thrive in the cloud.

Further new capabilities for customers include:

- Tricentis’ expanded capabilities with SAP’s integrated toolchain allows customers to automate, enhance, and accelerate their business transformation journey by seamlessly navigating technology changes and adopting new processes with inferred contextual guidance. SAP’s integrated toolchain leverages key SAP native capabilities to provide information on governance, accelerated data transformation, and end-to-end business quality assurance functions.

- Tricentis AI and autonomous testing capabilities for creating test cases at the business process development stage. These planned capabilities will allow test cases to be created when the business process is designed, using AI to automatically create the test portfolio, which expedites testing processes and modernization efforts while saving time and cost resources.

- SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing by Tricentis, an SAP Solution Extension, has been rebuilt from the ground up on a new, future-proof cloud-native architecture, and integrated with SAP Cloud ALM. This architecture upgrade brings new capabilities, including zero-footprint test execution, cloud-based test data functionality, and improved business user collaboration with a new intuitive Business Flow Designer and expanded AI-driven automation.

- Tricentis Tosca Copilot support for SAP Fiori, SAP’s award-winning design system for all SAP products. SAP Fiori support within Tosca Copilot will allow for generative AI-powered automatic test creation, further optimizing test authoring. (Tosca Copilot is in-planning to be made available with SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing by Tricentis).

Darryl Gray, Senior Vice President, Global ISV Partner Management at SAP, commented: “As we reach the fifth year with Tricentis as an SAP Solution Extensions partner, we are increasingly excited by the growth and opportunity our partnership provides our shared customers on their business transformation journeys through advanced cloud architecture. These further integrations will allow for continued cloud acceleration across industries, enabling organizations to have confidence in the speed and quality of their migration efforts.”

David Gardiner, EVP and GM at Tricentis, commented: “Our partnership with SAP has become a cornerstone of our offerings, giving organizations access to best-in-class solutions as they make imperative decisions in navigating today’s cloud-first business environment. Through the SAP transformation toolchain, Tricentis is now further embedded in SAP’s network as a leader in quality assurance and AI-powered solutions, making it possible for our customers to realize their business modernization goals with quality and speed in mind.”
