Boote spent 10 years at Synopsys under the Software Integrity Group (SIG) business unit, where he held several roles, including Security Consultant, Senior Security Consultant, and Associate Principal Consultant. His tenure at SIG was marked by significant contributions to software security program planning and security testing. Prior to SIG, Boote served as a Cyberspace Operations Officer in the United States Air Force, gaining extensive experience in cybersecurity operations. His career in cybersecurity began with BSS&S, where he worked as a digital forensics analyst, gaining extensive experience in incident response and a deep understanding of data storage systems.
