VictorOps launched an updated Post-Incident Review feature.

The new enhanced Post-Mortem Report feature will provide customers with improved, more in-depth reporting capabilities.

“The next stage of our product evolution will deliver the ability to build out your post-incident analysis by creating richer annotations and identifying action items to help your team be more proactive in the future,” said Joni Klippert, VP of Product, VictorOps. “We’ve also changed the name of the feature to the Post-Incident Review in an effort to set the right tone from the start. ‘Post mortem’ immediately creates a bias towards self-preservation versus encouraging transparency and learning.”

VictorOps launched its Post-Mortem Report feature over three years ago, helping customers learn from systemic issues to holistically improve the entire incident lifecycle.
